We’re proudly size inclusive. Our pieces are designed to fit and flatter bodies across a wide size range. Select styles range from XS – 8XL.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend choosing based on how you like your clothes to feel; more relaxed or more fitted.
Are your clothes true to size?
Most pieces are true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If a style runs differently, we’ll call it out clearly on the product page – no guesswork here.
What if my body has changed and I don’t know my size anymore?
Bodies change. That’s life. You don’t need to “find your old size”, just your current one. Use each size guide as a starting point, and if you’re unsure, ask us. We’ll help you choose for this version of you right now.
What if I’ve had bad experiences shopping online before?
We get why you’d be cautious. That’s exactly why we’re intentional about clarity, fit, and support, so you’re not left guessing, hoping, or crossing your fingers. If something isn’t right, we don’t disappear on you.
What if I don’t usually wear colour or prints?

How accurate are the colours of the product images?
We do everything we can to represent our products as accurately as possible in our photos. That said, colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings, brightness, and device. There can also be small variations in colour or pattern placement due to the nature of the manufacturing process, each piece has its own subtle individuality. If you’re unsure about a colour or want a bit more detail before purchasing, just reach out, we’re happy to help.
What are RenaJoy pieces made from?
We use thoughtfully selected fabrics designed for comfort, movement, and everyday wear, including breathable natural fibres and easy-care blends.
Are your pieces limited edition?
Yes, many RenaJoy prints and styles are released in limited runs. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. This keeps your wardrobe feeling unique, not mass-produced.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn and in original condition. You can view out return policy here.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely, if your size isn’t quite right, we’ll help you swap it (as long as stock is available).
What about sale items?

Why the name RenaJoy?
RenaJoy comes from the founder and designer’s first and second name, brought together as one. But there’s more to it than that; “Rena” is also connected to the meaning joy, which sits right at the heart of the brand. RenaJoy became a natural expression of what the brand stands for: living, dressing, and showing up with joy in your everyday life.
